The Clinic has partnered with Forensic AIDS Project to provide health workshops for incarcerated women in San Francisco County Jails. Our hour long, bi-monthly workshops include an open exchange of information on safer sex and safer drug use, as well as communication skills and conflict resolution. Topics include: cervical health, Hepatitis C, women’s reproductive anatomy and physiology, safer sex, harm reduction, sexually transmitted infections, and more! The workshops also give us the opportunity to refer women to Ladies’ Night for when they are released.
