All our volunteers begin as Client Service Coordinators.

Client Service Coordinators are the first point of contact for clients to experience the safe, respectful atmosphere of the Women’s Community Clinic. Client Service Coordinators schedule appointments, screen and process calls (triage), answer many of our client’s health-related questions and provide callers with a wide range of referrals.

Our Client Services Coordinator position requires a six-month commitment of four hours per week. After building this foundation, Client Service Coordinators can advance to one of the Health Worker Program specialties.
