As an innovative, grassroots organization, the Women’s Community Clinic has a proven track record of meeting the health care needs of underserved Bay Area women and girls.

• We are caregivers. We provide each client with the respect, information, and support she needs to make informed decisions about her own health.

• We are cost effective. Thanks to our volunteer model of care—the only one of its kind in the Bay Area—we are able to provide $5 worth of services for every $1 donated to the Clinic.

• We are leaders. More than 60% of our volunteers go on to advanced degrees in health related fields, taking with them the Clinic’s commitment to accessible health care.
