On January 23, Queen's Bench, California Women Lawyers, and NARAL Pro-Choice California presented Abortion Access in the Wake of Gonzales - a special wine and hors d'oeuvres mixer and pro-choice film festival to benefit the Women's Community Clinic.

The event, held at Dolby Laboratories in San Francisco, was an opportunity for discussion and reflection on the past, present, and future of choice.

The program featured presentations by Beth H. Parker, Esq. Bingham McCutchen, LLP, and Eleanor Drey, M.D., EdM, Director, Women's Options Center, SFGH. The evening closed with screenings of two short films: Life, Liberty & the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS by Tiffany Shlain, and The Power of Choice, by Dorothy Fadiman.

We would like to thank the following people and organizations for their generosity in making this event possible:

  • Dagmar and Ray Dolby
  • Law Offices of Elizabeth C. Saviano
  • Tom Bruchs, Dolby Laboratories, Inc.
  • Christy Bonner, Esq.
  • Beth Jacobs, Esq.
  • Eleanor Drey, M.D.
  • Jennifer Dunn, Esq.
  • Queen's Bench, Inc.
  • California Women Lawyers
