Caitlin grew up in a little yellow house in Palo Alto playing pretend with her sister, growing vegetables with her dad, and reading fantasy books with her mother.

Olivia has worked and volunteered in the areas of children’s recreation, homelessness, tutoring, and as an orientation advisor for new college students.

Angela Short, Billing Specialist

After living in St. Louis, MO for all of her life, Angela decided to pick up and move to the Bay Area in 2004. She absolutely loves San Francisco and is happy to call it home now.

Karen Meckstroth, MD, Medical Director

Karen is Assistant Clinical Professor in the UCSF Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences and the Director of UCSF Family Planning Services at Mt. Zion.

Eve Zaritsky, MD, Medical Director

Eve is a member of the Kaiser Oakland Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. Her interests include queer health, minimally invasive surgery, and international women’s health.

EJ Abay, Outreach Coordinator

Prior to coming on board at the Clinic, EJ volunteered and worked as an HIV/AIDS Educator. She has been in the nonprofit sector since 2000.

Jamie Armstrong-Pouncy, Outreach Assistant

When not managing the Clinic’s books, Jamie sings in Transcendence, the first and only transgender gospel choir, and is very active in the Bay Area women’s health community.
