Support Women’s Community Clinic, and take care of your own well-being in the process!

Please join Ana-Mari Hamada for a 75-minute Community Yoga class at the Integral Yoga Institute, every Friday from 12.45 to 2 PM.

This class is offered free of charge, and 100% of any donations made are given to Women’s Community Clinic. In this class you will be introduced to a complete range of postures and breath awareness practices as tools to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and vitality in the physical and physiological body. You will also learn how yoga provides us with direct insight into the habits that disturb our peace of mind and in the process learn how to experience greater ease and well-being in day to day life.

Ana-Mari has been a student of Yoga since 1995 and is certified to teach in the Iyengar tradition. In her classes you will find a diverse, open, sincere and inquisitive community of students dedicated to exploring and living the path and state of joy that is Yoga. As an instructor she teaches with clarity and affection for both student and subject, and facilitates connection and insight through direct experience using the physical body and breath.
