New Year’s Resolution #1: Get to know your health care team.

New Year’s Resolution #2: Kick off the New Year with healthy habits.



Can you think of ONE healthy change you want to adopt for 2015? Create your own healthy habit, whether it’s flossing your teeth twice a day, walking for 20 minutes each night after work, or getting more sleep at night, find a habit and make it stick.


Resolution #3: Tackle that one nagging health issue you’ve been avoiding.



Have you been putting off switching your birth control method? Or getting your eyes checked? Make a resolution to tackle one issue, whatever it is.


New Year’s Resolution #4: Practice Good Self-Care
